Description:

Noemi Cream Filler Hot Pink is designed to maximally nourish and care for eyelashes and eyebrows, completely repairing damaged hairs and giving a plump, even structure.

It also forms a strong molecular film on the lashes, providing volume and protecting them from external aggressions.

Key ingredients: pea proteins, vitamin B5, vitamin E, and olive oil.

Solution colour: pink

Usage: can be used between Step 2 & 3 of brow lamination or as a standalone treatment. 

Cream Filler are always fresh because the bottle doesn't need to be opened, preserving the effectiveness until the end (as air and light damage the solutions).
