Noemi Dye products are hybrid colors. Their perfect formulation finally makes eyebrow and eyelash coloring simple. The colors can be used 100% pure and do not need to be mixed together, avoiding unwanted yellow, red, or green undertones.
Noemi Dye must always be mixed with Noemi Solution! The colors can also be mixed with each other to create custom shades.
In addition, they do not darken the eyebrows, as the dye first lightens the natural hair by 1–2 shades, ensuring you always achieve the perfect, desired result.

Reduces the peroxide percentage for a gentler tinting process. For example:
Mix 1:1 with Noemi Solution 6% → results in a 3% developer
Mix with Noemi Solution 3% → results in 1.5%
